This week, students have been hard at work on a variety of different projects! Project week is a chance for students to take a break from their normal classes to pursue an independent project, make community art, or attend a workshop to learn a new skill. Students did so many fun, amazing things this week that it's hard to keep track of everything! Some of the neat things students did this week: made slime, dissected squid, sheared sheep, crocheted, threw pottery on the wheel, designed and painted a mural, made paper airplanes and balloon animals, ran a D&D campaign, made chromatography butterflies, cooked a meal for a picnic in the park, and turned the library into an oasis of paper vines. Did I miss anything? Is there a project you would have liked to do if you were in school for project week? Is there any workshop you'd like to run next year? Tell us in the comments!
