Ariel AndersonAriel is a long time Tucsonan, residing in the desert for over 29 years and graduated from the University of Arizona in 2009 with a BS in Psychology and minor in music. She has a variety of experiences in the STEM field. Ariel spent 4 years working as an analytical lab chemist at Atlas BioScience and worked and interned in various research labs at the University of Arizona including psychology, entomology, and atmospheric science. As a math teacher she enjoys bringing in hands on projects and demonstrating the importance of math skills outside of the classroom. Her interests include: playing music in a rock band with her husband, rock climbing/bouldering and hiking with her family, traveling, trying and learning new things, and hanging out with her two dogs.
